Glow offers a patient-centered environment where advanced technology and clinical expertise are combined to achieve optimal aesthetic and medical outcomes.Role Description The General Practitioner with Aesthetic focus will provide both primary care and aesthetic services to patients in an on-site clinical setting in Sharjah. This full-time role includes conducting patient consultations, performing medical examinations, diagnosing and managing common health conditions, and maintaining detailed medical records. The practitioner will also perform aesthetic procedures such as injectable treatments, laser-based therapies, anti-ageing interventions, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments in line with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, counseling patients on skincare and health maintenance, collaborating with dermatologists and other specialists, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and infection-control standards. The role also involves staying current with emerging aesthetic techniques and products, participating in case discussions, and supporting a high level of patient satisfaction and quality of care.Qualifications Licensed General Practitioner with valid UAE medical license or eligibility, with demonstrated experience in outpatient clinical care.Training and hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., fillers, neurotoxins), laser treatments, and anti-ageing therapies.Strong knowledge of dermatology principles relevant to skincare, pigmentation, acne, scarring, and skin rejuvenation.Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide clear counseling on risks, benefits, and aftercare.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse patients and multidisciplinary clinical teams.Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance within UAE healthcare guidelines.Fluency in EnglishPrior experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics
