The clinic is recognized as a trusted destination for beauty and healthy skin care, combining modern technologies with individualized treatment plans.Role Description The General Practitioner with aesthetic focus will provide on-site clinical care and aesthetic treatments at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. This full-time role includes conducting patient consultations, taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and diagnosing common medical and dermatological conditions. The practitioner will design and provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments, such as laser therapies, anti-ageing procedures, and skin rejuvenation services, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring treatment outcomes, educating patients on skincare and post-treatment care, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with dermatologists and other specialists, and contributing to continuous improvement in clinical and aesthetic services.Qualifications Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license/eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE or ability to obtain it.Experience in aesthetic medicine, including non-surgical cosmetic procedures (e.g., laser treatments, injectables, skin rejuvenation) and basic dermatological care.Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to manage common medical and dermatology-related conditions safely and effectively.Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with a focus on informed consent, realistic expectations, and culturally sensitive care.Proficiency in maintaining detailed electronic medical records and following clinic protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines.Ability to collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff in a multidisciplinary setting and contribute to a positive team environment.Continuous learning mindset with interest in new aesthetic technologies, evidence-based practices, and professional development courses in aesthetic medicine.Fluency in EnglishPrevious experience in private clinic or medical spa settings in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
