Glow provides a modern, professional environment for clinicians who are passionate about aesthetic and medical dermatology.Role Description The General Practitioner with Aesthetic Privilege will provide comprehensive medical and aesthetic care to patients in an on-site, full-time role based in Sharjah. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing clinical assessments, diagnosing common medical and dermatological conditions, and developing individualized treatment plans. The role involves safely performing approved aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, injectables, and other non-surgical cosmetic interventions in line with clinic protocols and UAE regulations. The practitioner will collaborate closely with dermatologists and other clinical staff, ensure accurate documentation in medical records, and support continuity of care. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on treatment options and aftercare, adhering to infection control and safety standards, participating in case discussions, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical services.Qualifications Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE or eligibility to obtain UAE licensure.Recognized aesthetic privilege or documented training and experience in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, non-surgical rejuvenation).Clinical skills in general practice and dermatology, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of common skin and medical conditions.Competence in performing aesthetic treatments safely, with strong attention to detail, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, explain treatment plans and risks, and manage expectations in a diverse, multicultural setting.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional, ethical standards in all patient interactions.Comfort with using electronic medical records and maintaining clear, accurate documentation.Prior experience in an aesthetic, dermatology clinic Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in aesthetic and dermatology practices.
