Glow is recognized as a trusted one-stop destination for beauty and healthy skin care, with multiple treatments available under one roof for patients seeking both medical and cosmetic results.Role Description The General Practitioner with Aesthetic Privilege will provide primary medical care and perform aesthetic procedures in an integrated clinical environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing clinical examinations, diagnosing and managing general medical and skin-related conditions, and documenting care in accordance with clinic protocols. The role also involves performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser-based treatments, and other approved services), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The practitioner will collaborate closely with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals, maintain up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic and medical best practices, and adhere to local regulatory and ethical guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.Qualifications Current medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid license or eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE.Formal training or recognized certification in aesthetic medicine (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures).Experience in general practice within a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to dermatology or aesthetic medicine.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills, with attention to patient safety and evidence-based practice.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options and obtain informed consent in a clear, respectful manner.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and build long-term patient relationships in a fast-paced clinic environment.Commitment to continuous learning, keeping current with advances in dermatology and aesthetic procedures, and adherence to UAE health regulations.Fluency in English required
