The clinic is recognized as a destination for beauty and healthy skin care, emphasizing patient safety, comfort, and individualized treatment plans.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner with aesthetic privileges, based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The General Practitioner will provide primary medical consultations, perform general health assessments, and manage common acute and chronic conditions for a diverse patient population. In addition, the role includes performing approved aesthetic procedures, supporting dermatology and laser treatments, and collaborating with dermatologists, nurses, and other clinicians to create integrated care plans. The practitioner will document clinical encounters, maintain accurate medical records, ensure adherence to clinical and safety protocols, and participate in patient education on skincare, treatment options, and preventive health. The role also involves contributing to continuous quality improvement, attending clinical trainings, and staying current with best practices in both general medicine and aesthetic care.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing a wide range of general medical conditions.Background in Family Medicine and Nursing collaboration, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary clinical teams.Experience in Training, including willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and to share knowledge with peers and junior staff.Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and recognized license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE or eligibility to obtain it.Formal training and demonstrated competence in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skincare protocols) is highly desirable.Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail in documentation, and commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, respectful, and culturally sensitive patient counseling.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage a busy clinical schedule, and adapt to evolving patient and organizational needs.
