The clinic is committed to providing safe, effective care tailored to all skin types and skin tones, focusing on healthy, radiant results for each patient.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner with Aesthetic expertise, based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The General Practitioner will conduct patient consultations, perform clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for dermatology and aesthetic concerns. Daily responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, and other skin rejuvenation therapies), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and collaborating with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. The practitioner will also educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and preventive skin health, while supporting continuous improvement of clinical services.Qualifications Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one.Demonstrated experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers), laser treatments, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures.Strong knowledge of dermatology basics, skin anatomy, and indications/contraindications for aesthetic treatments.Excellent clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills with a focus on patient safety and evidence-based practice.Proficient in patient communication, counseling, and managing expectations in a multicultural environment.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional, ethical standards of care.Comfort with using electronic medical records and clinic management systems.Fluency in EnglishCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with aesthetic and dermatology advances.
