The General Academic Requirements Division is committed to continuously advancing the curriculum by ensuring its effective delivery, strong industry relevance, and alignment with international academic standards. In addition to teaching responsibilities, faculty members are expected to contribute to the division’s research objectives and integrate their research into the classroom to enhance students’ analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience & QualificationsMaster’s Degree in TESOL or a related field required.CELTA and DELTA (or equivalent) preferred.A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.Experience supporting the development of soft skills and workplace readiness.Experience incorporating Educational Technology in curriculum and instructional strategies.Master’s level qualifications in other disciplines such as Business, Communications or Social Sciences are desirable.
