We are currently looking for dedicated General Supervisors to lead our on-site teams and help drive our projects to success.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of on-site workers, including carpenters, cabinetmakers, labourers, tilesetters, floor installers, and drywall specialists (supervising 1 to 2 people).Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to guide daily operations.Resolve on-site work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.Establish work schedules and methods to ensure timely project completion.Strictly ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on site.Train workers or arrange for specialized training as needed.Perform hands-on installation and repair work when required, including drywall framing, tile setting, flooring, cabinet installation, and minor adjustments to plumbing/electrical systems.Job RequirementsEducation: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.Experience: 1 year of related construction and supervisory experience.Languages: English (Required); Vietnamese is considered an asset.Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to job sites.Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and handle physical on-site tasks.What We OfferCompetitive hourly wage of $41.00/hourPermanent, full-time stability (40 hours/week)Free parking available on siteSupportive and dynamic work environmentHow to ApplyIf you are reliable, know your way around a residential construction site, and are ready to lead a team, we want to hear from you.
