The organization uses a proprietary technology platform and mobile applications to support omni-channel care delivery and seamless management of the entire customer lifecycle. Role Description The General Surgeon at Healic will provide surgical care for a broad range of conditions, including pre-operative assessment, operative procedures, and post-operative management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, planning surgical interventions, performing surgeries, and coordinating multidisciplinary care with other specialists. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to evidence-based protocols, participating in quality and safety initiatives, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and recovery. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra, requiring active collaboration with medical, nursing, and allied health teams within the micro hospital setting.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine, including clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.Demonstrated proficiency in core Surgery, including general surgical procedures and perioperative care.Exposure or experience in Orthopedic Surgery, particularly in managing common musculoskeletal conditions and trauma cases.Exposure or experience in Plastic Surgery, including basic reconstructive techniques relevant to general surgical practice.Exposure or experience in Ophthalmology, with the ability to collaborate on surgical cases requiring eye-related interventions.Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS/DNB or equivalent), with valid medical registration in India.Proven experience as a General Surgeon in a hospital or surgical center, with a strong focus on patient safety and clinical outcomes.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment, demonstrating teamwork, clear communication, and ethical clinical decision-making.Commitment to continuous professional development, familiarity with clinical guidelines, and openness to using digital tools and electronic medical records.Willingness to work on-site in Agra and participate in shift-based or extended hours as required for patient care.
