Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, NareshIT has offices and training institutes in Hyderabad and Chennai.Role Description The Generative AI / Agentic AI Trainer will design and deliver training programs on modern AI topics, including large language models, generative AI tools, and agentic AI workflows, to students and corporate participants. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and learning materials, creating hands-on labs and projects, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and mentoring learners on real-world AI applications and best practices. The trainer will evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and continuously update course content to reflect emerging trends and tools in AI. Collaboration with other trainers and academic coordinators to organize workshops, bootcamps, and internships will be part of the role, along with occasional support for demo classes and online sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hyderabad campus.Qualifications Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, including neural networks, large language models, generative AI techniques, and agent-based systems.Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools such as Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenAI / similar APIs, vector databases, and MLOps or deployment platforms.Practical exposure to building AI applications (chatbots, RAG systems, automation agents, content generation tools) and integrating them with web or backend services.Demonstrated ability to design curricula, create training materials, and deliver clear, structured classroom and lab sessions.Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to learners at different skill levels.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate mentor in software development or AI education is highly preferred.Comfort working in an on-site, classroom-based environment and collaborating with academic coordinators and placement teams.
