What you'll doDesign and build enterprise Generative AI capabilities.Engineer prompts, AI workflows and retrieval pipelines.Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.Design AI evaluation frameworks and benchmark methodologies.Build high-quality datasets for AI validation.Continuously improve AI quality, accuracy and reliability.Prototype and evaluate new LLMs and AI technologies.Monitor AI behaviour in production and contribute to AI observability.What we're looking for4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.18+ mths Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, reasoning and retrieval strategy and Engineering/LLM observability on an Entreprise-scale AI Gen projectStrong Python and SQL skills.Proven track record working with AI engineering and LLM observability frameworks such as MLFlow, Langfuse, ArizeAnalytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
