Our product runs on SignalOS, our proprietary multi-agent orchestration framework in production today with paying clients across India, the US, France, Canada, UAE, and New Zealand — powering six specialized AI agents (Atlas, Vega, Scout, Forge, Echo, Helix) alongside a Hyperlocal CRM with WhatsApp/RCS/IVR integration.This isn't a lab project. SignalOS ships, serves real clients, and drives real revenue — and we're scaling it fast.The RoleWe're looking for an AI Engineer to join our core product team and help extend SignalOS's agent capabilities, improve orchestration reliability, and ship new AI-powered features across our GEO/Local SEO platform and CRM. You'll work directly with the founding team on high-leverage problems — from agent design and LLM pipeline architecture to production reliability at scale.What You'll DoDesign, build, and ship new agents and capabilities within the SignalOS multi-agent frameworkBuild and optimize LLM pipelines for GEO/Local SEO audit generation, content scoring, and reportingImprove orchestration logic, agent handoffs, and reliability across production workflowsIntegrate AI capabilities into the Hyperlocal CRM (WhatsApp/RCS/IVR via UCanSend)Work with structured/unstructured data across multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Perplexity)Own features end-to-end — from prototype to production deploymentCollaborate closely with the founder/CEO and product team in a fast-moving, output-driven environmentWhat We're Looking ForStrong software engineering fundamentals — Node.js/Python (or equivalent), API design, production systemsHands-on experience building with LLMs — prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systemsComfort working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and understanding their tradeoffsAbility to move fast and independently — this is a builder's role, not a maintenance roleBonus: experience with orchestration frameworks, vector databases, or workflow automationBonus: prior startup or 0-to-1 product experienceWhy GrowthPro AIWork on production AI infrastructure serving real international clients — not a sandboxDirect access to the founding team and real ownership over what you buildGround-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling AI startup in the GEO/AI-search spaceCompetitive compensation + meaningful equity for the right candidate
