Generative AI Engineer

Ltd. is hiring an experienced LLM Engineer to build next-generation AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.If you have strong hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, OpenAI, Fine-Tuning, and RAG, this is your opportunity to work on production-grade enterprise AI solutions.Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 3 years of hands-on project experience in AI, Machine Learning, OpenAI & Fine-Tuning is a must.💼Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and optimize open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, Gemma, DeepSeek).Fine-tune models using LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT with domain-specific datasets.Design and maintain RAG pipelines for production AI applications.Build document ingestion workflows with chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval.Work with vector databases such as Qdrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Milvus, or FAISS.Develop AI APIs using Python, FastAPI/Flask and integrate LLMs into enterprise applications.Optimize model inference, latency, GPU utilization, and response quality.✅Required Skills3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI.Strong expertise in OpenAI and open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, etc.).Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering & document indexing.Experience with model deployment, fine-tuning, quantization & inference optimization (Ollama, vLLM, TGI).Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Git, CUDA, and AWS/Azure/GCP.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.🌟 Why Join Appsquadz?Build real-world production-grade AI productsWork on cutting-edge LLM & Generative AI technologiesCollaborative engineering culture with exciting enterprise AI projects📩 Apply NowInterested candidates are welcome to hit the Apply button or share their updated CV at varun.garg@appsquadz.comPlease apply only if you meet the mandatory 3+ years of hands-on AI/LLM project experience.
