You'll be designing, building, deploying and improving AI applications that solve genuine business problems — with LLMs and Generative AI at the heart of the role.What you'll work on→ Build and deploy LLM-powered applications→ Take AI products from idea through to production→ Design datasets and develop model evaluations→ Fine-tune foundation models for specific use cases→ Test solutions directly with users and iterate quickly→ Apply ML and statistical techniques to real-world data→ Explore new developments across the rapidly evolving AI landscapeWhat we're looking forMust-have:Strong commercial experience building LLM / Generative AI applicationsExcellent Python skills and production-quality development experienceExperience with datasets, model evaluation and/or fine-tuningStrong foundations in Machine Learning and StatisticsExperience with JavaScript / React and modern front-end technologiesComfortable working autonomously and taking ownershipNice to have:Azure / cloud application developmentDevOps, CI/CD and GitSecure software developmentProfessional services experienceThe opportunityYou'll be joining a team where AI is a strategic priority, with the freedom to experiment with emerging technologies while building robust, scalable applications that deliver measurable value.If you're a hands-on LLM Engineer / AI Engineer / GenAI Engineer who enjoys turning new AI capabilities into products that people actually use, I'd love to hear from you.
