Job SummaryThe Generator Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing generator engines to ensure reliable and efficient operation. The role requires hands-on experience with Perkins, Caterpillar, and Cummins generators, including engine overhauling. Key Responsibilities·        Perform mechanical troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of diesel generators.·        Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of generator engines.·        Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely rectification.·        Perform engine overhauling and related mechanical repairs.·        Inspect engine components and ensure proper functioning.·        Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.·        Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards. Qualifications·        Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.·        Valid driving license from India or any GCC country. Experience·        5–10 years of relevant experience in generator mechanical troubleshooting and engine overhauling.·        Hands-on experience with Perkins, Caterpillar, and Cummins generators.·        Experience in a power rental company is an added advantage.
