Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director to oversee geotechnical engineering, ground investigation, technical coordination, and project delivery activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage geotechnical engineering and ground engineering activities.Coordinate engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.Review geotechnical reports, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.Support soil investigation, foundation, excavation, earthworks, and ground improvement works.Review ground conditions and provide technical recommendations.Support slope stability, settlement, foundation, and geotechnical risk assessments.Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project disciplines.Monitor technical work, site activities, quality, and project requirements.Identify and resolve geotechnical and site-related issues.Support construction, inspections, testing, and project handover.RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.5–10+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, ground engineering, or construction.Good knowledge of soil, foundations, earthworks, ground investigation, and construction.Familiarity with geotechnical analysis or design software is preferred.Good communication, coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects is preferred.
