TTC is committed to delivering high-quality education and does not compromise on standards.Role Description The German Language Trainer is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The trainer will design and deliver engaging German language lessons for learners at various proficiency levels, using modern teaching methods and materials. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The trainer will adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs, support exam preparation where applicable, and contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of language programs. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in internal training, and adherence to institutional policies and quality standards are also core aspects of the role.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with demonstrated experience instructing German as a foreign language.Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, learner-centered curricula and assessments.Candidates should possess knowledge of German Literature and culture to enrich lessons and support higher-level language proficiency.Advanced proficiency in German (minimum B2 level or equivalent) and good command of English for instruction and communication.Relevant academic qualification in German, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., DaF/DaZ) are an advantage.Experience teaching in a classroom or institutional setting, preferably in vocational or language training centers.Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse learner groups.Comfort with using digital tools and educational technologies to support learning and track progress.Commitment to learner success, continuous professional development, and adherence to TTC’s quality and ethical standards.
