Through innovative training methods, AI-powered learning tools, and strong employer networks, Make It Abroad turns global career aspirations into achievable opportunities for its learners.Role Description:The German Language Trainer will deliver high-quality, structured German language lessons to learners preparing for careers in Germany, with a focus on healthcare and vocational pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive classes, preparing teaching materials aligned with certification requirements (e.g., A1–B2 levels), evaluating learner progress, and providing personalized feedback and support. The trainer will collaborate with the career advisory team to align language training with candidates’ professional goals and participate in curriculum refinement using modern teaching tools and methods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, requiring consistent classroom presence and active engagement with learners.Qualifications: Strong German language proficiency (preferably C1 or above) and experience teaching German as a foreign language.Skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and use of digital or AI-powered learning tools in the classroom.Ability to assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to different proficiency levels.Clear communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to training.Bachelor’s degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; formal teaching certification or Goethe/ÖSD/TELC familiarity is an advantage.Prior experience training candidates for language exams or international placement programs, especially in healthcare or vocational sectors, is beneficial.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Nashik, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
