Job Description (JD) for German Language Trainer (A1–B2) at Sanskriti University, Mathura, tailored to your International Mobility Centre’s requirement of preparing nursing graduates for A1–B2 certification exams:📌 Position OverviewSanskriti University, Mathura, in collaboration with Avaan India, seeks dedicated German Language Trainers to teach students from A1 to B2 levels under the CEFR framework. The trainers will prepare nursing graduates for Goethe-Zertifikat B1/B2 certification exams, enabling them to qualify for international healthcare mobility programs.🎓 Education QualificationsMinimum Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Literature, Linguistics, or Education.Preferred:Goethe-Institute certification at C1 or C2 level.Deutsch Lehren Lernen (DLL) pedagogy certification.B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification for structured pedagogy.👔 Work ExperienceEntry-level: 1–2 years of teaching/tutoring German at A1–B2 levels.Mid-level: 3–5 years of classroom teaching, ideally with experience in preparing students for Goethe exams.Senior-level: 5+ years, with exposure to corporate/university training and exam preparation strategies.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured lessons covering A1–B2 curriculum (grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing).Prepare students for Goethe-Zertifikat exams with mock tests and practice sessions.Develop customized teaching materials aligned with healthcare mobility needs.Track student progress and provide remedial support.Collaborate with the International Mobility Centre team for curriculum planning.💡 Skills & CompetenciesStrong command of German grammar and pedagogy.Ability to teach bilingually (German–English/Hindi).Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Patience and adaptability for diverse student backgrounds.Familiarity with exam formats and certification requirements.💰 Compensation & BenefitsAnnual CTC Range: ₹3–8 lakh depending on experience and certification level.Incentives: Performance-linked bonuses based on student exam success and enrollment.Additional Opportunities: Private tutoring, online classes, and corporate training engagements.📍 LocationPosition based at Sanskriti University, Mathura (U.P.).Trainers will work full-time at the International Mobility Centre with access to modern labs and teaching resources.Interested candidates can send their resumes to Email: nandini.t@avaanindia.com or Whatsapp: 7396111639
