Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support language acquisition and cultural understanding. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, collaborating with colleagues to align curricula, and participating in academic or training activities organized by the company. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular presence at the designated training or classroom location.Qualifications Strong proficiency in German language (spoken and written), with the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills clearly and effectively.Experience in language instruction, curriculum development, and lesson planning for individual learners or groups.Ability to assess learner needs, design appropriate exercises, and provide ongoing feedback and support.Excellent classroom management, interpersonal communication, and facilitation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field; formal certification in German (e.g., Goethe-Institut or equivalent) is an advantage.Comfort working in a structured, on-site environment in Chennai, with reliability in attendance and time management.Familiarity with digital teaching tools, presentations, and basic office software to support lesson delivery and record-keeping.Prior experience in corporate training, HR development, or working with adult learners is beneficial.
