Role Description: German Teacher (Switzerland) – Full Time will plan, deliver, and assess engaging German language and literature lessons aligned with MYP and IB curricula for upper secondary students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our new school Wikon, Kanton Lucerne. involving daily classroom instruction, preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials, and use of diverse methodologies to support varied learning styles. The teacher will monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, maintain accurate records, and contribute to holistic development through mentoring, tutoring, and academic guidance. The role includes collaborating with colleagues, participating in school events and extracurricular activities, communicating with families and college counseling staff, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and multicultural learning environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong German Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to deliver curriculum-based instruction to diverse learners.Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills, including curriculum implementation and classroom management.Candidates should possess effective Tutoring skills, supporting individual and small-group learning and exam preparation.Relevant university degree in German, Education, or a related field; teaching certification and experience with MYP/IB programs are highly beneficial.High level of proficiency in German; good command of English for communication within an international school community.Interested?Applicants will only be considered by sending an email to:keith.izsa@lisa.swiss
