TTC consistently reviews and updates its courses to stay aligned with current industry demands while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.Role Description The German Trainer will deliver high-quality, structured German language instruction to learners at various proficiency levels in an on-site, classroom-based environment in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role involves planning and implementing engaging lessons, developing and updating curriculum materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning goals. The trainer will adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles, integrate practical language usage and cultural context, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with academic coordinators on course improvement, participating in training or meetings, and supporting learners in exam preparation or certification pathways as required.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Teaching and Curriculum Development for German language courses.Background working with Middle School or adult learners, with the ability to tailor Language Arts and language instruction to different levels.Strong Communication skills, including clear classroom delivery and effective feedback to learners.Proficiency in German (preferably at C1 or above, or equivalent certification); knowledge of German culture and exam frameworks (e.g., Goethe, TestDaF) is an advantage.Relevant academic qualification in German Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.Experience with learner-centered, practical teaching approaches and use of educational technology or digital resources in the classroom.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment.Prior teaching experience in vocational or language institutes in the UAE or similar settings is preferred.
