Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, collaborate, and maintain a supportive learning environment.Role Description The German Tutor will provide classroom-based instruction to learners at various proficiency levels, including beginners and intermediate students. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, explaining grammar and vocabulary, facilitating speaking and listening practice, and assigning and checking homework. The tutor will monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support exam preparation or certification goals as needed. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, collaborating with colleagues on teaching materials, and participating in occasional meetings or training sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka.Qualifications Strong command of the German language, with clear pronunciation and the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills effectively.Experience in classroom teaching or tutoring, ideally in German as a foreign language, with the ability to manage groups and adapt methods to different learning styles.Ability to design lesson plans, create or adapt teaching materials, and use a variety of activities to keep learners engaged and motivated.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-focused approach.Formal training or certification in German language teaching (such as Goethe-Institut certifications, a degree in German, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.Comfort with basic digital tools (presentation software, online resources) to enhance classroom instruction and support learners.Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work full time on-site in Dwarka, including maintaining professional conduct with learners and colleagues.
