About Lanstitut TechnologiesLanstitut Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated German Language Tutors to join our academic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality German language training, supporting learner progress, and helping students achieve their academic and professional language goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct German language classes for students across different proficiency levels.Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and structured German language lessons.Adapt teaching methods according to students’ learning needs and proficiency levels.Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.Support students in improving their German language skills and overall confidence.Create a positive, interactive, and encouraging classroom environment.Conduct assessments, practice sessions, and other academic activities as required.Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.Maintain appropriate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.Support students throughout their language-learning journey.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in German ORDiploma/recognized qualification in German Language.B2 level proficiency in German.Strong command of German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong interest and passion for teaching and mentoring.Ability to motivate and engage learners effectively.Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
