The dealership offers a professional workplace where service excellence and operational efficiency are highly valued.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Service based in Delhi, India. The General Manager Service will oversee all service department operations, including workshop management, service scheduling, and workflow planning to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring service KPIs, improving customer satisfaction, managing service advisors and technicians, and ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. The role involves handling escalated customer issues, optimizing resource utilization, implementing service campaigns, and coordinating with other departments such as sales and parts. The General Manager Service will also prepare performance reports, drive process improvements, and support training and development initiatives for the service team.Qualifications Strong experience in automotive service operations, workshop management, and customer service leadership.Proficiency in service planning, scheduling, and managing service KPIs and quality standards.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional service teams, including technicians and service advisors.Knowledge of Mahindra & Mahindra service processes and OEM guidelines is an advantage.Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and after-sales service practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills when dealing with customers and team members.Experience in using service management software and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automobile, or a related field;Proven track record of improving service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance in an automotive dealership environment.
