Company:A Large Global OrganizationKey Skills: Process Excellence, Quality Management System, Six Sigma, Process Management, Finance Process, Continuous Improvement, Sap, Process Improvement, Analysis, Accounting, Financial AccountingRoles and Responsibilities: Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and standardize key processes.Drive Lean Six Sigma and quality management practices within the GFC function.Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Partner with process owners and finance leadership to resolve operational issues and improve controls.Monitor process metrics, support global improvement programs, and deliver training on quality concepts.Skills Required:6+ years of experience in process improvement or quality management, ideally in a multinational company or BPO.Hands-on experience in Six Sigma, continuous improvement, process management, and process excellence within finance operations.Strong working knowledge of SAP and quality management systems used in finance process environments.Ability to analyze process data, identify root causes, and improve operational consistency at scale.Experience supporting finance process improvement initiatives in a multinational or shared services environment.Good to Have:Financial accounting or accounting background.Experience with statistical analysis tools and change management.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Yellow Belt, or higher certification.Education: Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
