Above all else, we believe in doing the right thing for our people, our communities and our planet.The Coordinator, Gift Cards will be responsible for the management of gift card inventory, the distribution of gift cards in corporate and restaurant channels, order fulfillment and work with the Guest Experience team to address any customer inquiries or feedback on gift cards.What you will do in this role:Manage daily calls and emails from customers and guest experience, providing feedback to inquiriesFulfill and process corporate customer ordersManage customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy. Liaison with AR for processing of invoices and credits.Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting as requiredMaintain database records accurately, including customer, order and inventory data etc.Monitor inventory levels at restaurants and corporate partners while working with restaurant operations teams and third party gift card partners to ensure adequate gift card inventory is sent to restaurants/ corporate partners.Facilitate the Recipe Dining Program including onboarding, cancellations, internal inquiries, tracking the completion of employee surveysEnsure that all gift card related training documents are up to dateParticipate in staff meetings, department and intercompany meetings as required.Initiate and/or complete as assigned continuous improvement projects.Self-motivated to complete all tasks in a timely manner with accuracy and full accountability.What we are looking for from you:Post-secondary education or 3 to 5 years’ experience in an order management or operations role with hands-on experience in customer interaction.Capable of interacting with customers effectively while working through inquiries and issues.Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and above average problem-solving skills.Organizational skills and be able to work independently with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Capable of producing reports by extracting, manipulating data from various sources.Proficiency with POS System (such as Micros and Simphony) would be an assetWhat’s in it for you?Flexible/Hybrid work environmentSalary Range: $50,000-$60,000You’d be joining a close-knit, innovative team of creative and energetic go-gettersYou’d be a part of Canada’s largest full-service restaurant company that leads the industry in size and innovation20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brandsA welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respectCareer advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brandsIndustry-leading benefits, wellness programs, and total rewards programsRecipe is committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
