Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis role focuses primarily on GIS data conversion, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on converting utilities and infrastructure as-built drawings and data into structured, topologically valid Enterprise GIS datasets.Mandatory RequirementsCandidates must meet all of the following to be considered:- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience specifically in utilities and infrastructure as-built conversion to GIS, including data extraction, conversion, cleansing, validation, and QA/QC- Strong understanding of utilities, infrastructure, and land datasets, including their spatial relationships, topological behaviors, network connectivity, and applicable validation/connectivity rules- Native Arabic speaker, available to join immediately- Hands-on experience with the Esri ArcGIS ecosystem, particularly ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise GeodatabasesPreferred Qualifications- Experience developing and automating ETL/data transformation workflows using Python, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, and/or FME- Experience designing enterprise geodatabase models, including feature classes, relationships, domains, subtypes, topology, and network-related data structures- Good understanding of different types of satellite imagery, their characteristics and applications, and familiarity with major satellite imagery/data vendorsWhy Join This ProjectThis is a high-visibility engagement supporting one of Saudi Arabia's leading industrial development authorities, working on large-scale utilities and infrastructure GIS conversion with real impact on national infrastructure planning.This is an urgent requirement.
