Further information about Lear is available at lear.com or follow us on Twitter @LearCorporation.Role & ResponsibilitiesReport timely and accurate information in accordance with appropriate global / statutory standards.Provide management with reports of monthly close analyses in a timely manner.Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner, as appropriate and provide analysis of accounting information as required.Process FA transactions in FA sub-ledger/module and make sure all required supporting materials are ready before processing.Perform balance sheet review and clear accounts reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions.Prepare audit PBC list, coordinate and support internal/external audit.Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports.Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results.Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings.Participate in special projects as requested.QualificationsBachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting.2-3 years' experience of independent GL accountant experience; additional FA accountant experience preferred; Chinese entity service experience preferred.Solid understanding of Chinese / US GAAP and practice.Experience with ERP (e.g. QAD) and Hyperion preferred.Strong sense of work responsibility & accountability.Accuracy/Attention to detail.Mandarin proficiency is required to support business operations and communication with stakeholders in the China region.
