W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and responsible Glass Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate our ongoing glass installation and site works across Bahrain.The Site Supervisor will act as the main point of contact between customers, site workers, and company management, ensuring that all site works are properly organized, progressing according to requirements, and completed to the expected standard.Key Responsibilities:Visit and supervise multiple project sites across Bahrain.Coordinate glass installation and other site works.Understand the status, requirements, and pending works of each project.Assign and coordinate workers according to site requirements.Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding ongoing site works.Communicate professionally with clients and provide regular progress updates.Coordinate between customers, installation teams, and company management.Ensure workers are attending sites as scheduled and completing assigned works properly.Monitor installation quality and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.Identify site issues, delays, missing materials, or other problems and report them to management.Provide routine site progress updates to management.Follow up on pending works and ensure projects move toward completion.Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.Requirements:Previous experience in the glass, aluminium, façade, glazing, or related construction industry is strongly preferred.Good practical understanding of glass installation and site work.Experience supervising workers or installation teams.Ability to handle several sites and priorities at the same time.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Responsible, organized, and able to independently follow up on work.Comfortable spending most of the working day outdoors and travelling between project sites.Able to communicate clearly with workers, customers, and management.Driving License is Preferred.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who does not simply supervise workers, but who can take responsibility for the overall progress of each site.
