By redefining integrated aviation services, the company provides clients with a seamless, service-oriented experience across all aspects of private aviation.Role Description The Global 6000 Captain in Oxford, CT is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of a Global 6000 aircraft in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include flight planning, pre-flight inspections, coordination with dispatch and ground operations, monitoring aircraft performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. The Captain will lead the flight crew, manage in-flight decision making, and deliver an exceptional service experience to passengers through clear communication and professional conduct. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oxford, CT, which may include domestic and international travel, variable schedules, and on-call duties as required by flight operations.Qualifications Extensive experience as Pilot in Command on large cabin business jets, preferably Global series or similar long-range aircraft.Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and appropriate type rating (BBD-700). Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, international procedures, flight planning, and aviation safety standards.Demonstrated leadership skills in managing flight crews and coordinating with maintenance, dispatch, and ground personnel.Excellent situational awareness, judgment, and decision-making skills under varying operational and weather conditions.High level of professionalism, customer service orientation, and discretion when working with private and corporate clients.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear briefings and thorough documentation of flight activities.Ability to meet medical and background screening requirements, including maintaining a current first-class medical certificate.Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to travel for extended periods as needed.Preferred: prior experience in Part 91 operations.
