West London | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)£75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent BenefitsWe're supporting a leading international organisation in the search for a talented finance professional to join a high-performing team in a broad, technically and commercially focused role.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across multiple functions, providing insight and challenge to help drive business performance, support strategic initiatives and influence key decision-making across a complex global operation.The OpportunityAs a Global Assistant Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering financial insight, supporting planning activities and partnering with stakeholders across finance and operational teams.Key responsibilities include: • Providing meaningful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve performance and identify opportunities across the business. • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes. • Assessing new initiatives, projects and investment opportunities through financial evaluation. • Monitoring financial and operational performance, highlighting risks, trends and areas for improvement. • Enhancing reporting capabilities and driving greater insight across business functions. • Collaborating with international teams across multiple regions. • Contributing to transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouWe're keen to speak with qualified finance professionals who can demonstrate: • You must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. • Experience within commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, operational finance or a related function. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. • Experience operating within a fast-paced commercial environment such as FMCG, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics or technology. • Strong Excel skills, with exposure to reporting or data visualisation tools viewed favourably. • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving business performance.What's in It for You? • A highly visible role with regular exposure to senior leadership. • Broad commercial exposure across a global business. • The opportunity to influence strategic decision-making. • Excellent career progression and development opportunities. • Competitive salary, bonus and comprehensive benefits package. • Flexible hybrid working arrangement.If you'd be interested in learning more, I'd be happy to arrange a confidential call.
