Role Description The Owner role at Dot Compliance is a full-time, on-site position based in Rishon LeZion. The Owner will oversee the company’s strategic direction, define long-term business goals, and ensure alignment with market needs and regulatory expectations in the life sciences sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive decision-making, managing key stakeholder relationships, and guiding product and technology strategy for the AI-powered eQMS platform. The role involves monitoring financial performance, setting operational priorities, and supporting cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, product, and customer success. The Owner will also foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture and represent Dot Compliance in industry forums, partnerships, and high-level customer engagements.QualificationsProven leadership experience in technology, SaaS, or life sciences, with a track record of owning or leading a business or division.Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.Experience working with regulated industries, quality management systems, or compliance frameworks within life sciences or related fields.Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build effective stakeholder relationships, and make data-driven decisions in dynamic environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of integrity, and commitment to fostering an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
