As we embark on an ambitious phase of overseas expansion, we invite an influential and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer to elevate our strategic vision and deliver breakthrough results across global real estate markets.Your ImpactShape and deliver the Group’s international growth strategy in residential build-to-sell development, driving projects from land acquisition through to construction and sales with unwavering standards of quality and profitability.Inspire and oversee high-performing teams across overseas office locations, championing collaboration and best-in-class execution from project conception to successful completion.Identify, assess, and leverage new investment opportunities in the UK and Japan, drawing upon deep market insights and industry connections.Forge and nurture strategic relationships with international partners, contractors, consultants, and investors, operating with transparency and integrity across all markets.Play a pivotal role in building shareholder value, ensuring robust governance, and empowering senior leadership to innovate and excel.About YouDegree holder in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.At least 15 years’ senior leadership experience in property development or construction, including demonstrated success in the end-to-end lifecycle of residential projects.Proven expertise in both the UK/ US and Japan property markets, with an extensive professional network highly preferred.Strong track record leading multi-location teams and managing complex projects with impact and agility.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
