Full-Time | Dubai Office About Robot24.com Robot24.com is building the world’s leading global robotics news platform. Our mission is to make robotics one of the most visible, talked-about and widely followed topics in the world through real reporting, global correspondent coverage, original videos and high-performance digital content. We are building a fast-moving global content machine that combines: * real on-site reporting* international correspondent coverage* camera teams in key markets* in-house video production* AI-supported production* post-production for website, YouTube and social media* graphics and static visual content To make this work, we need a strong production operator who can turn editorial and strategic direction into real output. Role We are looking for a: Global Content Production Lead This is a highly operational role. It is not the chief editor role.It is not the main strategy role.It is not the social media strategy lead role. This role is about making sure the right content actually gets produced — globally and internally. You will receive production direction from editorial and content leadership and ensure that the right footage, videos, edits, graphics and deliverables are produced at speed and at high quality. Mission of the Role Your mission is to manage the production engine behind Robot24.com. This includes: * coordinating global correspondents and camera operators* making sure they film the right material* making sure they are in the right places at the right time* making sure internal teams turn that material into finished content* making sure editorial and content requests are executed properly You are the person who turns production needs into real output. What You Will Do You will coordinate Robot24.com’s global correspondents, camera operators and field production teams. You will make sure they: * know what to film* know where to go* have the right briefings* have the right timing* have the right access* have the right travel and production coordination* deliver the right footage in the right format* work to Robot24.com production standards You will not decide alone which news matters most or which events should be covered. That direction comes from editorial and content leadership. But once that direction is set, you are responsible for making sure the production actually happens. You will also lead the internal production execution side, including: * graphic designers* AI video producers* post-production editors* internal video execution support You will make sure that both editorial requests and social/content production requests are turned into: * field footage* edited videos* graphics* short-form clips* long-form videos* production-ready assets You will manage: * timelines* handoffs* production priorities* delivery quality* execution speed Core Responsibilities 1. Global Correspondent & Camera Team Coordination * Coordinate correspondents and camera operators worldwide* Organize and manage global field production execution* Make sure teams are properly briefed before shoots* Ensure they capture the right material, not random footage* Follow up on deadlines, delivery and quality* Support logistics around event coverage, access and production readiness 2. Production Execution * Turn briefs into real production plans* Translate requests into concrete production tasks* Coordinate output across different formats and deadlines* Ensure that the requested content gets produced properly 3. In-House Production Management * Oversee the internal production team across editing, graphics and AI-supported content* Make sure internal production staff know exactly what to produce* Manage workload, timing and output priorities* Ensure final content is delivered in the right format for website, YouTube and social channels 4. Post-Production Workflow * Ensure raw material becomes usable, high-quality final content* Manage the handoff from field reporting to internal production* Make sure one shoot can become multiple strong outputs across formats* Maintain consistency, speed and production quality 5.
