Global Customs Specialist

A newly created role with this global brand. It’s an exciting role for an experienced customs specialist to ensure compliant duty processes and identify customs and global trade opportunities for the business. The person joining will have a broad ranging role encompassing providing governance, risk management, and policy direction, working closely with supply chain, finance, procurement, and external partners to anticipate challenges, identify optimisation opportunities, and embed best practices across the business. It’s a high profile position and the person joining will have a strategic oversight role and will manage the company’s global customs obligations. To apply you will need deep knowledge of global customs laws, VAT/GST, excise duties, and trade compliance frameworks combined with a highly commercial outlook. The role is open for the candidate to be based in London, Brussels or Krakow with an expectation of three days spent in the office.
