This role builds the global capability framework for core skills such as communication, collaboration, digital fluency, problem‑solving, commercial awareness, and personal/inter-personal effectiveness. These are the professional skills that enable everyone to work smarter, lead themselves effectively, and contribute to a high‑performing culture at Hays.This role turns those capabilities into practical, engaging, scalable learning experiences that elevate everyday performance across the business.
