Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Finance, this leader will oversee the company's global treasury function while managing its insurance and risk management programs.This is a high-impact role focused on strengthening treasury operations, improving cash and liquidity management, optimizing working capital, and building strong relationships with banks, lenders, and investors.ResponsibilitiesTreasury Lead global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity, funding strategies, debt, banking relationships, foreign exchange, and cash forecasting. Improve treasury reporting, forecasting, and processes to increase efficiency and standardization. Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls, and compliance procedures. Partner with Finance and business leaders to improve global working capital. Manage lender reporting, debt compliance, financial covenants, and credit agreements. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to executive leadership. Lead and develop the Senior Treasury Analyst. Insurance & Risk Management Manage the company's global insurance program, including renewals, broker relationships, and policy placement. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support enterprise risk management. Oversee insurance governance, compliance, and related documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of treasury experience, including global or international operations. Strong knowledge of cash management, debt financing, liquidity planning, banking relationships, foreign exchange, and financial covenant compliance. Experience with treasury management systems is preferred. Advanced Excel skills; Tableau or similar reporting tools are a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Finance, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
