Asset-Backed & Cash-Flow FinancingEvaluate opportunities where funding may potentially be structured against qualifying:- Indian commercial and industrial property- Real estate assets- Business assets- Infrastructure assets- Receivables- Contracted cash flows- Operating businesses- Project revenues- Other acceptable collateral or securityThe candidate should understand loan-to-value (LTV), debt-service capacity, collateral valuation, security structures, cash-flow underwriting, guarantees, covenants, and investor return structures.The company may evaluate transactions involving financing against a portion of qualifying asset value—for example, up to approximately 40% LTV where independently supported by valuation, legal title, lender policy, risk assessment, and applicable regulations.
