Global Finance Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Global Finance Manager to join an international telecommunications group based in Dubai.The role will take ownership of the Group's financial control framework across 25+ international markets, covering MNO and MVNO businesses across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia.Reporting to the Group CFO, this is a senior, hands-on finance role with responsibility for ensuring strong financial governance, consistent accounting policies and robust controls across a complex international group.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the Group's IFRS accounting policies, including telecom-specific accounting treatments.Lead intercompany accounting and governance, including recharge models, cost allocations, reconciliations and transfer-pricing support.Ensure intercompany balances are appropriately reconciled before Group consolidation.Maintain the Group's financial compliance calendar across multiple countries and legal entities.Lead regular balance-sheet integrity reviews and challenge unsupported or aged balances.Provide leadership on complex technical accounting matters and work with external auditors to resolve accounting issues.Develop and maintain financial delegation-of-authority and approval frameworks.Own key finance controls covering chart of accounts, master data, journal approvals and segregation of duties.Provide financial control expertise for business transformation, new products, platform migrations and MNO/MVNO commercial arrangements.Work closely with international finance teams and the Group CFO to maintain consistent financial standards across the organisation.
