Global Fintech - Legal Counsel (3+ PQE)

I'm currently working with an exciting international fintech operating at the intersection of payments, technology and mobility.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative legal team in a broad, business-facing role with exposure to a wide range of commercial and strategic matters. It would suit someone looking to step into a highly visible position within a growing business, where they can take ownership, work closely with key stakeholders and have a genuine impact on the organisation's continued growth.Responsibilities are likely to include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreementsAdvising on customer, supplier and procurement contractsSupporting product, technology and commercial teams on new initiativesPartnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver practical, commercial legal adviceManaging external legal support where requiredHelping the business navigate legal and regulatory issues as it continues to scaleFintech experience is not essential. Cultural fit, personality and a genuine interest in the sector are far more important.
