Job title: Global Go-To-Market Design ManagerLocation: DubaiAbout the roleThis role will be responsible for implementing global Visual Merchandising strategies, as well as designing and executing Trade activations across all retail environments, from counters and boutiques to pop-ups, tables, and window displays.Based at global headquarters in Dubai, the Global Go-To-Market Design Manager will focus on structuring processes, and ensuring the execution of global VM guidelines.Working closely with Trade Marketing and Global Design teams, this position will also adapt global campaign concepts into impactful in-store activations, strengthening brand codes and storytelling while ensuring consistency and strong visual impact across all markets.Key Responsibilities:Implement global Visual Merchandising principles and strategies across all POS formats, including counters, boutiques, and pop-ups.Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to design local retail activations, including pop-ups, outposts, gondolas, tables, and window displays.Partner with Regional Trade teams to oversee production, ensuring quality meets brand standards, approved materials, and validated samples.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of global POSM production to market warehouses.Anticipate sample development and availability for all markets, and validate local sourcing and materials.Maintain and elevate high standards of retail presentation globally to reinforce brand image.The scope of this role may evolve as the brand continues to grow.Soft Skills:Highly organized and flexible, with excellent time management skills.Highly creative with strong conceptual and design abilities.Strong attention to detail and excellent aesthetic flair.Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of retail environments, spatial design, and visual merchandising.Strong ability to read and interpret technical plans, with solid knowledge of materials and production processes.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills.Desired Background and Experience:Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and Retail Animation.Master’s degree in Architecture, Scenography, or any related field.Luxury industry experience is required, preferably in beauty or fragrance.Proven experience designing retail animations in POS, supported by a portfolio of work.Proven experience managing global or regional Visual and Trade Merchandising strategies.Experience creating planograms and understanding Visual Merchandising principles.Highly proficient in SketchUp, VRay and Adobe Creative Suite.Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
