Global Growth, Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

ROLE OBJECTIVELead the global partner-driven growth engine for the cryptocurrency exchange, building and managing a scalable network of affiliates, IBs, KOLs, influencers, ambassadors and strategic partners. This is a performance-driven role with direct responsibility for qualified acquisition, deposits and trading activity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Identify, recruit and onboard high-quality Affiliates, IBs, KOLs, Influencers and Ambassadors.• Build strategic partnerships across priority international markets and develop country-specific acquisition strategies.• Negotiate commercial terms and manage partner contracts, including CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid models.• Set quotas and KPIs; manage the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and activation to scaling.• Track registrations, KYC, FTD, net deposits, active traders, spot/futures volume and net fee revenue.• Coordinate commissions and payments; maintain a centralized partner/KOL database and pipeline.• Identify underperforming partnerships and scale high-performing partners.• Work closely with CRM, Performance, Community, Content and Data teams; produce weekly/monthly reports.CORE KPIsActive Partners Qualified New Users KYC CompletionFTD Net Deposits Active TradersSpot & Futures Volume Net Fee Revenue Partner CAC / ROIPartner Retention IDEAL CANDIDATE / REQUIRED SKILLS• Crypto/Exchange/Forex/Fintech/Trading experience• Strong KOL/Affiliate/IB network preferred• Strong understanding of CPA & Revenue Share• Proven negotiation and BD skills• Target- and revenue-driven• Professional English proficiency, with the ability to work confidently in an international business environment• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, trading products and the global crypto market
