upside based on sales results.About the RoleArturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an exceptional Global Head of Art Sales & Private Collections to lead the development of high-value private clients and international art sales from Berlin.This is a senior commercial leadership position with direct responsibility for revenue generation, collector acquisition and the development of long-term relationships with private collectors, entrepreneurs, family offices and internationally active art buyers.The successful candidate will develop Germany and the wider DACH region while also working with clients across Europe, the Middle East and other international markets.This is not an administrative gallery-management position.We are looking for an experienced commercial professional capable of developing relationships, creating opportunities and converting them into significant art transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of high-value private collectors.Identify and acquire new international clients.Lead private sales of contemporary artworks.Develop the Gallery's collector network across Germany, Switzerland and Austria.Build relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, family offices and professional advisers.Organise confidential private presentations and viewings.Introduce collectors to suitable artists and acquisition opportunities.Develop individual acquisition strategies for selected clients.Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.Develop repeat business with existing collectors.Maintain a structured international sales pipeline.Coordinate client activity through the Gallery's CRM.Identify opportunities involving significant individual works and collections.Collaborate directly with Gallery leadership on pricing and commercial strategy.Travel internationally to meet collectors and prospective clients.Represent the Gallery at major art fairs, exhibitions and private events.Develop relationships with international galleries, advisers and other art-market professionals.Achieve defined annual sales and client-development targets.Experience
