قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Title - Global Head - Supply Chain - Advanced MaterialsYears of Experience - 16 to 20 yearsLocation - Prabhadevi, MumbaiIndustry - Preferred from Chemical ManufacturingJob Purpose - To lead and strategize Supply Chain Function for Global Advanced Materials Business, ensuring availability, profit margin, back-end cost management through demand & supply planning, raw material & packing material procurement, warehouses management, logistics management, inventory management and digitalization, enabling the Advanced Materials Business's revenue growth & profitability. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities A. To enable achieving Net Revenue and margin of Advanced Materials Business 1. Define and drive the end-of-end supply chain strategy aligned with the Advanced Materials business strategy, growth plans, revenue and margin objectives. 2. Translate business and commercial forecasts into integrated supply strategies and ensure preparedness for changing demand and market dynamics. 3. Review supply chain performance, key cost drivers and margin improvement opportunities and ensure timely corrective actions. 4. Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs and review processes to monitor overall supply chain performance. B. Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Excellence, Cost Competitiveness and Risk Management 1. Define global and regional sourcing strategies for key raw materials, packaging materials and utilities, particularly for strategically critical materials. 2. Drive strategic initiatives for cost optimization, value creation, alternate sourcing and long-term supplier partnerships. 3. Develop and institutionalize a supply chain risk-management framework covering supplier concentration, geopolitical risks, raw material availability, logistics disruptions, regulatory changes and other business continuity risks. C. Optimize Working Capital, Inventory and Supply Planning. SOPs and end to end supply- demand balancing 1. Define the strategic framework and policies for inventory management, safety-stock norms and service-level requirements. 2. Monitor inventory levels, inventory turns, aging and obsolescence across the supply chain and drive corrective actions where required 3. Drive continuous improvement in planning processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. 4. Review demand-supply gaps, capacity constraints and business risks and facilitate timely management decisions. 5. Drive scenario planning and contingency planning for significant changes in demand, supply or market conditions. D. Global Logistics, Distribution and Network Optimization. 1.Define the global logistics and distribution strategy to optimize cost, service levels, lead times and supply chain resilience. 2. Provide strategic oversight into transportation, warehousing, ocean freight and distribution partner strategies. E. Customer Fulfillment and End – to – End Service Excellence 1. Establish appropriate service-level metrics, including OTIF, lead time, order fulfilment and customer responsiveness. 2. Monitor end-of-end supply chain performance from order receipt to delivery and intervene in systemic issues affecting customer service. 3.Balance customer service expectations with inventory, logistics cost and working capital objectives. F. Digital Supply Chain Transformation and Process Excellence. 1. Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, planning tools, visibility systems and process digitization. 2. Drive standardization, process excellence and continuous improvement across global supply chain operations. 3. Establish mechanisms to track productivity, cost savings, service improvements and return on digital investments. G. Build a High Performing Global Supply Chain Organization. 1. Define the appropriate organization structure, capabilities and talent requirements to support the global supply chain strategy. 2. Drive capability building in strategic sourcing, risk management, planning, analytics, digital tools and global logistics. 3. Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus.
