Combining long-term market stability with mission-critical operations, the company operates enterprise-grade On-Premises data centers, complex network topologies, and distributed global technical operations.Located at the entrance to Jerusalem (adjacent to the high-speed train station), operating primarily on-site with an option for 1 day WFH per week.Role Description-Serving as Head of Global IT & Operations / IT Infrastructure Manager, acting as the principal technical authority for enterprise IT, Data Centers, and Technical Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).Leading, mentoring, and directing a distributed global team of 7–8 engineers across Israel and international sites, covering IT, SysOps, and Network Engineering (~70% leadership & strategy, ~30% hands-on involvement).Directing end-to-end architecture, capacity planning, procurement, and maintenance for enterprise Data Centers, On-Premises bare-metal servers, and specialized hardware, alongside hybrid cloud environments (GCP).Ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and security for high-scale Linux-based enterprise and production environments.Establishing global IT operational standards, Tier 1–3 support workflows, incident management procedures, and IT governance frameworks.Spearheading automation initiatives, tooling upgrades, and infrastructure scaling to support 24/7 mission-critical financial trading systems.Managing enterprise IT budgets, vendor contracts, global procurement lifecycles, licensing, and compliance policies.Requirements-10+ years of extensive hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Administration – Mandatory4+ years of proven managerial experience leading technical IT / Operations teams of 5+ engineers across global/distributed locations – MandatoryDeep, hands-on mastery of Linux Operating Systems (RHEL / CentOS / Debian / Ubuntu) – MandatoryAdvanced expertise in On-Premises Infrastructure, Data Center Architecture, Virtualization, and Enterprise Hardware – MandatorySolid technical knowledge of Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routing, VPNs, low-latency setups) – MandatoryProfessional fluency in English (verbal and written) with proven experience managing international teams – MandatoryBackground in high-demand, low-latency, or 24/7 mission-critical environments (FinTech, Electronic Trading, Capital Markets, or Telecommunications) – Significant AdvantagePractical experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure) – AdvantageHands-on background in scripting and infrastructure automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform) – Advantage
