experienced, strategic, and business-focused Global IT Director to lead the company's global information technology function and support the organization's continued growth.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the global IT strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, strengthening cybersecurity and IT governance, improving technology operations, and leading global IT teams and initiatives.The role will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership, business functions, and regional teams to ensure that technology effectively supports business objectives, operational efficiency, security, and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's global IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.Lead the global IT function across infrastructure, systems, applications, service delivery, cybersecurity, and IT operations.Establish IT roadmaps, priorities, budgets, KPIs, and performance standards.Oversee global IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, servers, devices, and connectivity.Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across offices, business units, and regions.Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise applications and business systems.Oversee ERP, CRM, HRIS, collaboration platforms, and other critical enterprise technology systems.Develop and maintain IT governance, policies, standards, procedures, and controls.Lead cybersecurity strategy, information-security programs, and technology risk management.Work with security teams and external specialists to identify and mitigate cyber and technology risks.Ensure appropriate data protection, access control, backup, disaster recovery, and business-continuity measures.Lead global IT transformation, modernization, automation, and digitalization initiatives.Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential value to the business.Develop technology investment proposals and support IT-related business cases.Manage global IT budgets, technology spending, vendors, contracts, and service providers.Negotiate and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners.Monitor IT service performance, availability, support quality, and user satisfaction.Establish effective IT service-management processes and continuously improve operational efficiency.Oversee helpdesk, technical support, infrastructure, and IT service delivery functions.Establish appropriate IT disaster-recovery and business-continuity plans.Ensure technology systems and services comply with applicable regulations and company requirements.Work closely with Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Security, and other departments on technology initiatives.Support business expansion into new countries, offices, and markets from an IT perspective.Standardize technology platforms, processes, and security practices across global locations where appropriate.Lead, mentor, and develop regional IT managers, technical teams, and technology professionals.Build a high-performing, service-oriented, and accountable global IT organization.Establish clear career development, performance-management, and succession plans for IT teams.Communicate IT strategy, budgets, risks, performance, and major initiatives to senior leadership.Provide recommendations to executives regarding technology investments, risks, and business opportunities.Ensure IT operations remain aligned with changing business requirements and organizational growth.What We're Looking ForStrong presentation skills.Arabic language skills are an advantage.UAE / GCC experience is highly desirable.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent are an advantage depending on the role.Typically 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.Previous experience as a Global IT Director, IT Director, Regional IT Director, Head of IT, CIO, or equivalent senior technology-management position is preferred.Proven experience leading enterprise IT operations across multiple countries, offices, or business units.Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technology operations.Experience managing significant IT budgets and external technology vendors.Experience leading large-scale IT transformation, ERP implementation, cloud migration, or technology-modernization programs.Experience developing and implementing IT governance and cybersecurity frameworks.Experience working with C-level executives, senior management, and international stakeholders.UAE / GCC or international IT leadership experience is strongly preferred.What We
