Global Overseas BD Manager

We are hiring a Global Overseas BD to drive overseas market expansion and revenue growth. Focused on KA key account development, you will explore global industrial clients, expand local business channels, and promote the sales and implementation of our intelligent warehousing AGV solutions, supporting sustainable overseas business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseas Market Expansion: Analyze local logistics & warehousing market trends and competitors, develop regional market strategies, and expand business coverage in global key markets.Key Account Development: Independently develop and manage overseas industrial KA clients, conduct business negotiations, follow up project demands, and close orders with long-term client relationship maintenance.Channel Development: Recruit and manage local overseas partners, build stable sales channels, and drive continuous regional business growth.Project Collaboration: Cooperate with pre-sales, technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project proposal, technical docking, delivery and post-service support.Market Insight & Feedback: Collect local market demands, client pain points and competitor information, and provide actionable feedback for product and strategy optimization.Local Business Operation: Support regional localized business layout and daily operation to boost long-term overseas development.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Marketing, Logistics, Automation or related fields are preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years of overseas BD / international sales / KA sales experience in intelligent equipment, logistics robotics or industrial automation industry.Language & Competency: Fluent in English for full business communication; familiar with overseas industrial client development and local business rules.Personal Traits: Proactive, target-driven, with strong negotiation, independent development and cross-team collaboration abilities; willing to take global overseas assignments.Work LocationGlobal Locations (Singapore / Germany / United States / Other Overseas Mature Markets, flexible global placement)
