Our partnerships function sits close to the commercial centre of the business, and we work remote-first — ownership, pace and direct communication matter more here than face time.Why This Role ExistsOur partnerships team is widening the kinds of deals it takes on, moving past asset listings into TradFi and into Web3 products like DEX, wallets and blockchain infrastructure. As that pipeline grows, we need someone to build and qualify it — finding the right partners, opening the first conversations, and carrying deals forward next to our senior partnerships leads. This suits someone early in their partnerships career who wants real deal exposure rather than a support function sitting around one.What You'll OwnFinding and qualifying partnership opportunities across listings, TradFi and Web3Opening the first conversations with prospective partners and keeping them movingWorking live deals through diligence, proposal and commercial negotiation, taking on more of the deal as you settle inHolding the day-to-day contact with existing partners and keeping those relationships warmPutting together partner research, deal materials and internal updates for the team and senior managementWorking alongside product, legal, compliance, risk, operations and marketing to get things executedKeeping pipeline, deal status and partner activity tracked so nothing goes coldShowing up at the industry events and partner meetings that matterWho We're Looking ForRoughly 2-4 years in BD, partnerships, sales, account management, fintech, financial services, digital assets or Web3English at native level, strong on both the writing and the talking; working Chinese is a plusReal interest in crypto and Web3 — you follow the space and can hold a credible conversation with a project teamComfortable going outbound: you can open a conversation cold and keep it aliveOrganised and self-directed, able to run your own pipeline without someone checking in on you dailyHelpful but not required: exposure to listings, DEX, wallets, stablecoins, tokenisation or blockchain infrastructure, or a network already built in crypto or Web3Why This Role Is Worth Your TimeYou'll be on live partnerships across listings, TradFi and Web3 from your first month, not doing admin behind a senior BD. The team is small enough that what you source is what you work on, and the deals that land get seen by senior management with your name on them. For someone building a partnerships career at global scale in crypto, there aren't many faster ways in.
