Global Procurement Category Lead – Portfolio

As Global Procurement Category Lead – Portfolio, you will lead the development and execution of a globally aligned procurement strategy across Company’s Portfolio category. Acting as a key procurement business partner, you will deliver sustainable value through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, supplier risk management and strong stakeholder collaboration. This role is critical in supporting business growth, resilience and innovation across regions.Develop and deliver a 3–5-year Global Category Strategy aligned to business and regional needsLead global sourcing initiatives including RFX processes, negotiations and contract managementDrive value through total cost of ownership, risk mitigation and supplier consolidationEstablish and lead effective Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworksProvide market intelligence and insights to inform sourcing and investment decisionsPartner with global and regional leaders across procurement, finance, supply chain and the businessCoach and support regional category managers to ensure consistent execution of global strategiesDefine and track category KPIs covering savings, service, innovation and performanceQualifications7+ Years experience in global or regional category management, with a strong track record of developing and executing procurement strategies.Commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder, negotiation and leadership skills, and be comfortable operating in a global, matrix organization.Tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related disciplineProfessional procurement qualification (e.g. CIPS) or postgraduate qualification (desirable)Deep experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and contract managementStrong analytical, influencing and communication skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insight into tangible business outcomes What We OfferOur compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $109,600 to $139,700 per year.
